Development History

TRIAD is located in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, it covers an area of 96 acres, among with over 26000 square meters production plant and over 15000 square meters R&D and office building. TRIAD is equipped with more than 200 sets of production equipment and over 40 sets of testing equipment. The company currently has over 240 employees, including more than 50 middle and senior technical personnel.

2002
  • Xi'an TRIAD Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established, becoming the earliest technology enterprise in China to achieve industrial production and research and development of memory alloys
2003
  • Successfully promoted memory alloys to the eyewear industry and achieved large-scale industry applications, becoming a provider and leader of multi specification products and technical solutions in the industry, with a market share of over 70%
2006
  • Cooperate with Zhejiang University to develop medical orthodontic wire materials and become a long-term stable product provider in this field.
2008
  • The medical titanium alloy Ti-20 developed by the company has obtained a national invention patent
  • The memory alloy flat strap product used in bra racks has been successfully trial produced, becoming the first to promote memory alloy to the clothing industry and achieving large-scale market application. It has always been a leader in memory materials in the industry。

 

2012
  • We have developed a β - Ti alloy suitable for high-end eyeglass frame applications, filling the gap in high-quality eyeglass materials in China and forming a large-scale production of β - Ti multi specification shaped materials. This has laid a solid foundation for TRIAD Company to become a professional high-end alloy material "top supplier producer" in the eyeglass industry, with a market share of over 65% to date
  • The industrial preparation method of a new type of titanium alloy ingot developed by TRIAD has won a national invention patent
2015
  • After years of dedicated research and development, the β - Ti alloy Ω profile "frame line fishing line wire", once known as the "crown jewel" of eyeglass frame profiles, has achieved technological breakthroughs and industrial mass production at TRIAD Company.

2017
  • TRIAD has obtained quality management system certification, opening up a more systematic, professional, scientific and effective production management mode
2019
  • Jointly developed with the power industry the "anti sparking disc-shaped gasket" and successfully applied it to high-voltage power transmission equipment.
  • Shape memory alloy gasket and multiple temperature control components related technologies have obtained utility model patents
2021
  • TRIAD has been awarded the national level "High tech Enterprise" honorary certificate.

 

2023
  • After more than a decade of unremitting efforts, the company has developed a world-class "memory alloy temperature control valve core" and obtained a national invention patent. This temperature control component has passed the testing of Chinese industry standards and EU standards, opening up a new era of memory alloy temperature control in the bathroom industry.
