Titanium Alloy Round Wire

Titanium alloys can be divided into three types: alpha titanium, beta titanium and alpha + beta titanium. These three types of alloys are obtained by adding appropriate elements and using corresponding processing technologies based on different structural characteristics of titanium, resulting titanium alloys with different micro-structures and properties. TRIAD mainly produces α titanium and β titanium. α titanium has a significant impact on material’s strength, toughness and corrosion resistance;β titanium can improve the strength, hardness, thermal stability, and fatigue resistance of titanium alloys. Based on different needs of customers, we provide professional and comprehensive product solutions.

• α titanium TA18

Specification Range:φ0.10mm-φ6.0mm
TA18 belongs to α-Ti series, it has doubled strength than that of pure titanium. It has excellent processing plasticity, low density, light weight, strong corrosion resistance, and is suitable for cold processing, with a cold deformation of over 50%.

  • • β Titanium TB5/TB9/TB13

Compared to the industrial pure titanium, β-Ti has characteristics of high strength, plasticity, corrosion and wear resistance. Due to its excellent cold working plasticity, easy- to -polish, moderated strength, and low density, it has been widely used and promoted in the electronic industry as mobile phone structure components and in the eyeglasses industry in recent years. TRIAD mainly develop TB5, TB9, and TB13, we provide conditions of soft, hard, semi-hard and super-elastic states, specifications ranging from φ0.7mm to φ6.8mm.

• β Titanium Ti-20

The new β Titanium Ti-20 alloy is a patent product invented by TRIAD. It is non-toxic, complying with the latest European and American standards. Due to its good biocompatibility, it is also known as bitotitanium. Its greatest advantage is the excellent material processing plasticity, with cold processing reaching over 90%, and very good anti-oxidation effect after heating, making it easy for surface treatment. The tensile strength of the material in room temperature is 750-850Mpa, the elongation is about 40%, and the elastic deformation rate is 3%. This product is highly recommended in the high-end spectacle and biomedical industries.
